Shipping policy

Free shipping is offered on all orders—both domestic and international—with standard delivery in 5–7 business days. 

Order processing times:

Orders ship within 72 business hours (about 3 business days) of purchase, from the Los Angeles warehouse—pending availability and credit verification.

If you select express shipping, allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing before the order ships.

Shipping exceptions & responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate. Southern Charm Boutique is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses—reshipping or refunds may not be offered, and additional charges may apply. 

International orders:

The customer must handle customs, import duties, taxes, and any other fees—these vary by country and are not covered by the boutique.

If a package isn’t collected from customs or is returned, Southern Charm Boutique will not be responsible for reshipment or refund.
